TNBR offers QA services to its parent company in the form of the following services: product inspection, product certification and quality system audit on suppliers. Operating close to 10 years, TNBR has vast experience to offer in the area of inspection for Utility industry.

Product Inspection

Our product inspection include evaluating, measuring and gauging quality parameters of products as required by clients. Our scope of inspection includes transformer, switchgear and power cable (accredited to ISO/IEC 17020). We also do inspection on steel structures, protection system, street-lighting, cable accessories and transformer oil.

Our Inspectors have been performing inspection with both local and international companies. We have international assignment on power transformer in countries such as India, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Australia and France .

Quality Audit

Our services include product audit, system audit, process audit and supplier appraisal for primary and secondary equipment used in electricity supply industry. Our audit are mainly based on ISO 9000 standards or client specified requirement or standards.

Our auditors are Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) recognised by American Society for Quality.

We have undertaken international audit assignment on various products, multiple sites by Siemens (Germany, UK), ABB (Sweden, Finland, India, Germany), Areva (Brazil, France, UK, Italy), Toshiba (Japan), NHGK (Japan), Xian (China) and NARI (China).
